Eligibility for returns

You can return most items purchased from Besst within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It is in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Some items (such as custom orders or software licenses) may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Packing: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is not approved for refund (e.g., damaged or not in original condition), we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@besst.tech.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:
